Your body should be able to fit perfectly on the chair. The backrest should be at least a little higher than your shoulder so it also supports your shoulder when you lean back. Another thing to take into consideration is if the chair has features to control or change the height of the chair to fit the length of your leg from your knees to your feet. A chair with a roller is advantageous because it allows you to move around your desk when you need to move away to get something from behind you. Another advantage that you should consider in picking the right chair is being able to move your chair back or no t having to twist your body when you need to get something behind or beside you.
Imagine how excellent your performance can be in the office when you are comfortable and the same thing can be said about your employees and colleges as well. The less the number of people, complaining constantly about aches and back pains etc, the better it will be for you to lead the team and everyone will be able to work in peace. So use some help if you have to, but make sure that the right chairs are chosen in order to increase the work efficiency.
